3rd "Ber" of the month

Aside from this is the 3rd "Ber" of the month and it is just 54 days before Christmas, also 44 days I think before simbang gabi. This is also the day of all souls day or araw ng ating mga minamahal na yumao na(our dearly departed love ones). We all pray for our departed love ones. Offer them candles and flowers. We remember them and we make sure that this day is only for them. But there are circumstances that we cannot avoid and we are not able to visit them in their tombs. When these circumstances arises, we can light candles and pray for them on our homes and offer them mass.

Some of us finds this day their only way to visit and pay respects to their departed love ones. Peace and serenity we observed. Good thing that our policemen enforces bag inspection and inspect every thing that people brings to cemetery with them to have peace and order. I do hope that there are no people that will bring television set, magic sing or videoke machines and the like to tombs. We are there to solemnly pay our respects to our departed love ones in peace not like a rock concert. For me, I'll be going straight to the cemetery after my night shift work this morning. I missed out doing flower arrangement this time because it was not my night off last night and can't make the arrangements early this morning. These are photos taken last year,

By the way, I did not make all of those only half of those I made. My grandfather (my father's uncle) and I arranged those flowers last year. We arranged 13 flowers or 13 sets. Well, today I will not be able to arrange flowers but my sister will be helping out our grandfather. I'll take some photos of the flowers they arranged but as we know. Flowers and candle prices went high, so I don't think that the flowers they will be arranging later are some what like those of last year.
